Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the departments clerical and administrative needs. Responsibilities may vary by department and subsidiary.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for New hire technical training (Full day Training)
- Submitting Credentials for all new hires
- Collaborating with the Onboarding team to ensure timely access for new hires
- Running daily reports and communicating them to Directors, Managers and VP
- Following up with Directors and Managers on lingering issues/metrics
- Handling emails from patients with complaints
- Work closely with the Regional directors and VP on multiple projects utilizing Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and our internal EMR software
- Maintain consistent and concise communication via email and phone
- Perform general administrative duties to support the department (i.e. filing, telephone support, coordinating meetings, etc).
- Maintain department records.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Respond to requests and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Must be able to type and file accurately.
- General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software
- Provide clear written and verbal communication.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and be organized.
Education & Experience Requirements:
The above knowledge, skills and abilities may be demonstrated by a high school diploma or equivalent.
Pay Range:USD $20.00 - USD $25.32 /per hourShift:MorningsShift Variations:Monday to Friday 8:0am to 5:00pm
