Description: Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage meeting schedules, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Order and maintain office supply inventory.
Maintain organized and accurate staff records and databases.
Assist with Project filing and document organization.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience as an administrative assistant or related field is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Ability to draft letters, prepare specialized meetings.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook programs.
