EcoPoint Inc. (EcoPoint) is looking to hire a part-time Administrator Assistant to work in our office location in Rifle, CO. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the supporting financial operations such as: expense tracking and organization and financial obligations of accounts payable.

To be a successful hire, you will need to have extensive experience in QuickBooks Online and Quickbooks TSheets, be accessible by phone or email during office hours, and have impeccable organizational skills. You must be clear and efficient in communication, be able to work independently, and have exemplary work ethic. You will also need to be proficient in Google applications such as Slides, Meet, Sheets, and Forms. Background knowledge of the oil and gas industry is recommended.
