Position Title: Administrative AssistantFLSA Classification: Non-ExemptReports To: Employee Relations Manager
Position Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for routine daily administrative functions and duties based at local airport office. This position supports functional areas including time and attendance administration, scheduling, expense budget tracking, handling sensitive performance and progressive disciplinary documentation, training and development, safety, employee recognition and team building programs.

Associates Degree in Business Administration or related fields; 3-5 years of administrative experience required.

This position operates in an office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
