Job Description:
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for many clerical tasks to ensure the staff can communicate and work efficiently. Their job involves answering phone calls, greeting visitors, distributing mail, and preparing communications. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their supervisors. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls
  • Greeting and directing clients and visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Processing of intake calls
  • Entry of clinical and administrative information into agency database
  • Organization of agency mailings
  • Administrative support for all staff, including but not limited to faxing, copying, etc.
  • Maintain professional appearance of office's general areas
  • Miscellaneous tasks as requested
Requirements Skills Required:
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
