Edgewood Grand Island is currently seeking an upbeat and attentive individual to fill our Administrative Assistant position. This individual should be able to greet and assist guests and maintain polite and professional communication via phone, mail, and e-mail. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support by performing a variety of duties but not limited to: data entry & tracking, record keeping, document preparation, appointment scheduling and reservations while providing excellent customer service to all guests, residents, and staff. Responsibilities:
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and coordinating events.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management.
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
  • Sorting/distributing mail.
  • Coordinate office procedures.
  • Assist with staff scheduling within the building.
  • Assist with payroll functions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Higher education in business management, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, required.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation skills, required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness, required.
