- Answer phones and greet clients in a professional manner
- Perform routine correspondence (written and verbal)
- Prepare documents and meeting materials
- Open and close the office daily
- Manage office supplies inventory
- A variety of other tasks as assigned
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of office experience
- Ability to work independently
- Detail oriented - Organized, consistent, and accurate
- Strong computer skills - Preferably experience with database systems, Excel, and Word
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Financial background is a plus
