Position Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in finance, real estate, or asset management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with financial and property management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
