We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role offers a unique chance to contribute meaningfully to the Sales Operations and Executive teams. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in preparing for the upcoming Advisory Board meeting, assisting with data collection and administrative tasks for meetings with potential clients, and maintaining accurate contact lists for prospective clients. Core Duties:

  • Coordinate and prepare for the Advisory Board meeting, including scheduling, agenda creation, and ensuring all presentation materials are ready.
  • Assist Sales Operations by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for prospect meetings and sales presentations.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to prospect meetings, including drafting documents and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain and clean prospect data lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness in CRM systems and databases.
  • Perform various administrative duties to support the Sales Operations and Executive teams.
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or operations role.
  • Experience with data management and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with sales operations or administrative support in a professional services setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
