This position exists to support the Purchasing and Facilities Team, with various day to day administrative and clerical functions including, but not limited to, setting up meetings, maintaining office supplies, maintaining records and reports, coordinating department functions, and communicates with all levels of the organization internally, as well as external communication. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Procurement Department.Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Receptionist Duties
  • Maintain Corporate Office Seating, to include managing requests for seat relocations
  • Maintain schedule for Facilities manager to coordinate with events held at Corporate Office.
  • Must adhere to company policies, including attendance.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Ability to create and manage Microsoft Office documents utilizing Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain supply inventory.
  • Maintain records and reports.
  • Coordinate department functions.
  • Good internal and external communication.
  • Prioritize and multi-task in all aspects of your day.
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Has up-to-date skills and ability to learn new skills
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Maintain Department Calendar with co-owner PTO, Department meetings, Vendor meetings.
