Job DetailsJob Location Charlotte Headquarters and Distribution Center - Charlotte, NC Salary Range $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly Description The Sales Administrative Assistant role is critical to the smooth functioning of the sales department. This position provides comprehensive support to the sales team and other FSIoffice departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing account requests and preparing sales reviews.
    • Maintain and update sales databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
    • Understanding and applying the chosen CRM and data analytics tools to any tasks as well as actively exploring changes and upgrades to these tools and how to best apply within the FSIoffice structure.
    • Prepare and process sales documents, including quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Customer Support:
    • Assist in the coordination of customer visits, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Sales Coordination:
    • Work with other departments to support sales functions.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for streamlining sales processes and improving efficiency.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of new sales initiatives and strategies.
  • Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
    • Skills:
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      • Familiarity with CRM software.
      • Excellent organizational abilities.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
