We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support professional to join our Sales & Purchasing Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in the electrical and heating equipment distribution industry. This position requires managing large volumes of emails and phone interactions with customers and vendors.

Desired Skills and ExperienceDaily order entry and processing of high-volume sales orders.Obtain quotes from vendors, verify pricing and delivery times, including special pricing.Provide quotes to customers.Manage customer and vendor return processes and follow-ups.Expedite orders and conduct customer and department follow-ups.Purchase parts and generate purchase orders.Update and maintain the CRM database in a timely manner.Conduct research as required.Ensure effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
