Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Lang Insurance located in St. Charles County, MO. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and assisting with executive-level administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
