Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and redirect callers by answering telephone calls, determining the nature of business, and directing callers to the appropriate destinations.
- Welcome guests and customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone and answering or directing inquiries.
- Manage daily management flow, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, telephone, department and group meetings, expense reports, files, and travel plans. Prevent scheduling conflicts and/or anticipate and resolve conflicts competing with senior executives/schedule and/or priorities.
- Prepare and store information by gathering information, compiling reports, organizing data, and creating presentations, as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies.
- Help with different office tasks, bank deposits and mailing services.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
