Job Description:

Project Coordinator/Administrative AssistantOur Client is Seeking an organized individual with strong customer service skills. Previous experience in an high paced office environment is helpful. Must be comfortable with Microsoft word, excel and the willingness to learn industry specific software.Hourly pay of 18-22/hour, health benefits, paid overtime, retirement with match, PTO, paid holidays.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma, 1-2 Years Office/Customer serviceAbility to handle a high volume of calls / work while paying attention to detail.Be comfortable in a demanding rollProficient in Microsoft applicationsSome overtive requiredAbility to develop and maintain good rapport with ALL other staff.Pleasant and attentive phone skillsYou will be part of an on-call rotation every 4-5 weeks to answer after-hour calls.Experience in the following preferred:-Mitigation, Construction, Skilled Trades, or service industry-Insurance knowledge preferred-Handling service calls or working for service company-Knowledge of home improvement and/or construction preferredCompletely smoke-free/drug-free work placeBackground checks will be requiredHealth Insurance, Earned PTO, Paid Holidays, Retirement Plan
