Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the department's clerical and administrative needs. Responsibilities may vary by department and subsidiary.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for New hire technical training (Full day Training)
* Submitting Credentials for all new hires
* Collaborating with the Onboarding team to ensure timely access for new hires
* Running daily reports and communicating them to Directors, Managers and VP
* Following up with Directors and Managers on lingering issues/metrics
* Handling emails from patients with complaints
* Work closely with the Regional directors and VP on multiple projects utilizing Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and our internal EMR software
* Maintain consistent and concise communication via email and phone
* Perform general administrative duties to support the department (i.e. filing, telephone support, coordinating meetings, etc).
* Maintain department records.
* Maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Respond to requests and questions in a timely and professional manner.
* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
* Must be able to type and file accurately.
* General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software
* Provide clear written and verbal communication.
* Detail oriented.
* Ability to multi-task and be organized.
Education & Experience Requirements:
The above knowledge, skills and abilities may be demonstrated by a high school diploma or equivalent.
