Job Description:
Allwel is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support across various departments, including Compliance, Operations and Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Office 365 products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), possess excellent communication skills, and be outgoing in nature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and professional.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Take messages and communicate them to appropriate team members.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Assist in data entry and report generation as needed.
- Provide administrative support to Compliance, Operations and HR teams, including preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Assist in drafting internal and external correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
