Duties and Responsibilities:Various administrative duties to support the Office staffInvoice processingJob creation and maintenanceProcess cost analysisCollect and process time entryInterface with sales and accounting departmentAll other work-related duties assigned by managementEducation & Qualification Requirements:High School Diploma (or equivalent)Knowledge and proficiency in basic computers/software skillsAbility to answer multi line phone system with easeProven initiative and a positive attitudeHighly dependablePass drug testSubmit to a background checkPreferred Skills:Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to multitaskGood customer service skillsTeam playerStrong attention to detailSelf-motivatedPosition Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position in an office environment; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, walk; lift push or pull objects up to 20 pounds. Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
