Job ID: 678251BR Date posted: Oct. 10, 2024 Program: Integrated Fighter Group Description:Reports to the Integrated Fighter Team Line of Business Execution (LoBE) Engineering Directors. Requires ability to work with both the Line of Business Engineering leadership, Functional Engineering leadership, and administrative staff. Responsible for prioritizing workload and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary data. Must have ability to manage and screen large number of telephone calls and drop-by meeting requests for the IFG Line of Business Engineering Directors and other team members; refer calls as appropriate. Deals courteously and tactfully with visitors, callers, and company personnel. Handle travel plans and process/complete domestic and international expense reports, hospitality requests, visitor management system input. Will also assist in administrative complex coverage as needed. Other responsibilities include standard administrative duties (coordinate dynamic daily schedule, maintain calendar, prepare documents, file, status projects, etc.) Assist in preparation of briefing materials, including Power Point presentations. Setup and support a variety of meetings. Must have excellent computer skills, including high proficiency level in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. Proficiency with Lockheed-Martin systems such as PCARD, LM Travel. An excellent candidate will have proven ability to proactively plan and prioritize administrative requirements and will strive to anticipate needs in order to best manage the office. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative/executive assistant. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Experience in managing emails, calendar and schedule. Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and submitting expense reports. Desired Skills: Experience with Concur. Previous experience as an administrative assistant for mid-level position. Proven system of follow-up and action closure. Excellent written/verbal skills. Successful candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-moving team environment. The successful candidate will be able to determine priorities of non-routine situations and will participate and lead miscellaneous projects or initiatives as needed, including providing support to the department staff. Candidate must have willingness to assume increasing levels of responsibilities and have a strong desire for professional continued self-improvement. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
