We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can:
- Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate sales personnel.
- Assist sales personnel by enhancing communication with customer base and outside sales staff.
- Contact customers in response to inquiries or other customer service issues.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated sales personnel or other departments as necessary.
- Help coordinate travel as necessary for sales staff and manager.
- Assist the manager with inventory management as needed.
- Serve as the local buyer for the location's drop ship orders.
- Maintain current information and pricing on all active vendor lines.
- Provide a weekly update of all quotes by sales staff and generate report for management.
- Review monthly bills, process, and submit for payment.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
