If so, keep reading!Title of Job: Administrative Assistant Location: San Antonio, TX CSI Companies is hiring a Administrative Assistant for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in San Antonio, TX (near the intersection of I-10 and Frontage Rd). Job Summary The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, event logistics, and travel arrangements. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information while supporting various internal and external stakeholders. Pay : $26.25 - 31.25 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate). Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Why this Opportunity?

Status: Long Term Consultant. Long term consultant, no end date, with good job stability. There is always potential for conversion to FTE status with the client for the right employee upon business needs. Almost all of the positions within this client start off as a consultant due to being a Fortune 100 company. Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately Job Duties:
  • Create and maintain calendars, ensuring that scheduling conflicts are avoided
  • Schedule, coordinate, and set up necessary resources and technology (e.g., conference rooms, food) for meetings, trainings, and events
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks, agendas) in a timely manner
  • Facilitate meetings and events, including hosting duties such as introducing speakers, managing presentations, adhering to time schedules, and assisting with technology
  • Make travel arrangements for attendees, including airline, hotel, ground transportation, and office space assignments
  • Plan and organize logistics for large or offsite events, leveraging internal resources as needed
  • Ensure meeting participants, such as external customers and executives, have proper access to facilities and systems (e.g., security badges, building access, internet access)
  • Maintain and communicate sensitive or confidential information in accordance with internal policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide necessary resources (e.g., tools, services) and resolve issues as they arise
  • Research and respond to information requests in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key resource personnel to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Highly Preferred
  • Large corporation experience
  • Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
