Key responsibilities include onboarding new employees, tracking and documenting training, organizing and maintaining confidential employee records, and managing office supplies. The role also involves answering calls, and handling correspondence. - Assist with onboarding new employees, including scheduling and conducting orientations.
- Assign, track, and document required employee training, ensuring timely completion.
- Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Order, stock, and maintain office supplies, including beverages and snacks.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and notify recipients of deliveries.
- Perform other general office duties as assigned to support smooth operations.
Technical Skills and Prior Experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in a related field, preferably in administrative or office support roles.
- Knowledge of office operations and organization, including filing systems and scheduling.
- Proficient in using computers, including Google Workspace and other relevant software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
