Description:
The administrative assistant professional will help with a variety of administrative tasks, keep things organized while assisting multiple department to ensure a smooth day-to-day operations of the entire company.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Develop and maintain a filing system
Schedule tours, communicate with office team, support employees
Plan/schedule events
Help leadership team in various administrative responsibilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1-2+ years of administrative assistant or office management experience

Knowledge of office management and security systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
