As an Administrative Assistant at our MAP programs you'll be working closely with the Program Director in our newest location in Barstow, CA; providing reentry services to criminal justice impacted population. You will be responsible for computerized facility information and will complete reports as needed or directed.

What You'll Do:

* Provide administrative support to Program Director, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes.

* Provide overall administrative support by managing, incoming calls, incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized and clean work area.

* Purchasing and invoicing: Complete requisitions in accounting and credit card programs routinely for accounts payable processing.

* Organize and maintain up-to-date office files, and continually record and update information.

* Responsible for maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

* Maintain a working knowledge of and abide by the Agency's programs, policies, procedures and code of ethics. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

What We Are Looking For:

* Associates Degree plus one year of Administrative experience. Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.

* Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Windows, and Outlook

* Good written, oral and interpersonal skill

* Having some knowledge of Evidence Base Practices and Motivational Interviewing, bilingual (Spanish/English). Preferred but not required.
