  • The primary purpose of this position is to communicate efficiently and effectively with all internal and external customers and to direct incoming calls, visitors and vendors to the appropriate people.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answers incoming calls professionally following our SOP directing callers to the appropriate person.
  • Greet and assists all visitors, making sure they sign in and out of the visitor registration book.
  • Processes incoming mail and distributes it to the appropriate person.
  • Processes all outbound mail and UPS/FEDX shipments.
  • Responsible for managing the branch legal file to meet SOP.
  • Process invoices for payment in Maximo.
  • Manages the branch operations files, making sure they are accurate and organized. Responsible for transferring year-end files into banker boxes and setting up files for the current years.
  • Monitors the fax machine and distributes all faxes.
  • Process/code freight bills for the branch and sends to Corporate for payment.
  • Scan Bills of Lading and scale tickets (for bulk orders) and sent them to Intelichief.
  • Provide primary service as the branch Deputy Weighmaster for the truck scale.
  • Event Coordinator, plan Hydrite events, order all necessary food and supplies. Coordinates lunches for meetings.
  • All staff members are responsible for reporting problems to their supervisors or the SQF Practitioner upon observation of a known or potential issue.
  • Maintains a professional attitude and demeanor at all times and treats other employees and customers with courtesy and respect.
  • Regular attendance is essential.
  • Will be site contact for Hydrite Helps
  • Will be site Payroll Administrator
  • Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned.
  • Updates telephone extension and speed dial list when necessary.
  • Will work with all departments to order various items (Office Supplies, Break Room Supplies, Labels, etc.)
  • Provides back-up support as necessary/directed.
  • Provide tags and labels for sales and operations as requested.
  • Maintain and update contractor safety training and liability records.
  • Print document packets and SDS for all CA EPA registered items.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
  • This position reports to the Plant Manager
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Power Point, Word and Excel required.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to stand for a minimum of one hour at a time.
  • Able to sit for up to four hour periods at a time.
