Job Description:
Our client in King of Prussia is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. This is a direct hire/permanent position!Administrative Assistant Details:
  • Hours: Monday- Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
  • Pay rate: $23-$25/HR
  • DIRECT HIRE/Permanent position

Administrative Assistant Description:
  • Answer, manage and/or direct incoming calls with a smile in your voice
  • Schedule customer appointments
  • Respond to email and text communications from new and existing clients in a timely manner
  • Conduct client care follow-up calls
  • Collaborate with our arborist staff to ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Create and maintain a client referral program
  • Continuously look for opportunities to enhance our customer experience
  • Assist with data entry
  • Order and manage office and kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate company functions and activities with the direction of the Director of Finance
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • Must be familiar with the geographical area of the Main Line
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Sheets
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly and pleasant phone presence
  • Excellent written communication, including proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar
