Job Description:

What You'll Do:

* Formatting and editing final audit reports in a timely manner for publication by the office

* Preparing written correspondence on behalf of the Regions

* Coordinating required first and last day procedures for employees of the Regions with the Chiefs/Assistant Chiefs, Office Manager and with Human Resources

* Receiving and distributing the incoming mail; Distributing incoming phone calls to appropriate parties

* Scheduling meetings at the regional office and/or through conference call

* Performing other duties as assigned

Educational and Capability Requirements:

* Experience (3-5 Years) in administrative support role

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Experience and knowledge of State Government Operations a plus

* Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university a plus

You are detail-oriented, able to work under time-budget structure, organized, reliable, convey information professionally and work well with people at all job levels, communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
