Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: $22.00-$25.00/hour

Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting teams and improving processes? Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant and play a key role in our Adaptive Skills and ILS services.

Job Duties:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Adaptive Skills and ILS services.
  • eRSP electronic health record support. Assisting with receiving and updating schedule changes within ERSP and entering corrections in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with billing administrative assistants to ensure timely processing of all Adaptive Skills and ILS billing.
  • Assist with electronic health record support, including schedule changes and corrections.
  • Process Special Incident Reports as defined by procedures.
  • Assist with the development of presentations, vendor packets and other program materials.
  • Revise, maintain, and distribute program information on consumers, families, department list, Regional Center Coordinators, etc.
  • Act as a liaison between the Adaptive Skills/ILS Director and staff.
  • Organize and manage meetings, including setting up, typing, and distributing agendas and minutes.
  • Handle correspondence, including letters, memos, flyers, and reports.
  • Schedule appointments, training, conferences, etc. and prepare materials for events.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and locating outside resources for training.
  • Support Directors and Adaptive Skills Supervisors with remote work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of two years secretarial experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Type 60-70 words per minute.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service, quality, and results presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and across diverse cultures.
