We at Kelly® are seeking Administrative Assistant to work at a premier Food Manufacturing company in Harrisonburg, VA. This is a short term assignment- under 3 months. SHIFT OPTIONS:
- 1st shift- Monday- Friday. 8am- 4:30pm. Pay is $21.00/ hour.
Job Description: High Level SAP data entry
- Assist with all Employee Recruitment events administrative tasks
- Setup and lead all employees with the New Hire Orientation training.
- Monitor and track operator onboarding 30,60, 90 program.
- Facilitate the employee engagement committee during for the duration of the assignment.
- Coordinate and lead small employee-centered projects
- Track and manage new employees learning plans in Alchemy. Follow-up with all non-compliant employees and report list to line manager.
- Provide project support to include coordinate employee communications, review of documents, creation of documents, and assist with minor trainings.
- Monitor attendance for the new hires during for the duration of assignment.
- Ensure onboarding Survey are complete and create report for MGT
- Complete any other tasks as needed assigned by manager.
Minimum Requirements:• High School Diploma/GED, college degree preferred• Microsoft Office Suite• SAP experience is a must• 5 years managing busy multi-business function administrative environment.• Data entry skillsPreferred Requirements:• Experience working in a manufacturing administrative environment• Self-starter and self-directed• Resolution focused mind-set – IMPORTANT!• Customer Service Focused - Plant employees• Comfortable with fast-pace, change, and ability to be flexible• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage time & resources effectively• Systems (computer portals, applications, and database)• Experience with Kronos/ADP/HR processes a plusReady for the perks?
