Further information is available on the Company's website at www.enesco.com.Position Summary:Provides administrative support to the department head as well as supporting the department.Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support primarily using Microsoft Suite software- Prepare spreadsheets utilizing v-lookups, formulas and other Excel functions for meetings, departmental research and sales support- Prepare Powerpoint presentations for departmental, sales and licensor meetings- Proofread data in catalogs and other sales support materials- Submit documents and images in a variety of databases- May participate in brainstorming meetings and assist with online researchExperience, Competencies, and Education:Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and complete assigned tasks on a timely basis. Must have flexibility in adjusting to multiple demands. Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail. Effective written and oral communication skills including strong proof-reading skills. Data entry experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Internet navigation skills required.
