Job Summary•Full-time professional information technology project development work experience and/or function/business process analysis work experience.•Develop workflows, requirements, QC testing, and production support for projects.•Excellent Verbal and WrittenCommunication skills required.•Work in an agile environment with other teams and IT developers to design the portal structure for the Judiciary Enterprise Portal system, the Enterprise Single Sign On system, and other enterprise features.Key Responsibilities•Write User Stories/Requirements•Track User Stories/Requirements•Create User Interface Mockups•Test•Support production issuesRequired Qualifications•Excellent communication and customer service skills•Experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology•Experience with testing, training, and user support•Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows, and propose areas for improvement•Ability to gather data via diverse means (i.e., interviews, observation, surveys, existing written documentation) and interpret relevant information•Ability to document storyboards, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rulesKey Responsibilities•Office Management: Maintain a well-organized office environment, including inventory management, office supplies ordering, and equipment maintenance.•Calendar and Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements; manage calendars for team members as needed.•Documentation and Filing: Create, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.•Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail; draft and edit documents, letters, and reports as required.•Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.•Event Planning: Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and team activities, including catering, logistics, and communication.•Client and Visitor Relations: Welcome and assist visitors, manage visitor logs, and provide an excellent first impression for clients and guests.•Administrative Support: Provide support to the team with tasks such as document preparation, research, and project assistance as required.•Travel Arrangements.•Financial Functions.Required Skills and Qualifications•Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred.•Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.•Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with office management software or CRM systems is a plus.•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.•Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.•Professionalism: Reliable, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.Benefits•Competitive salary and performance-based incentives•Health, dental, and vision insurance•Paid time off, including holidays and vacation days•Opportunities for professional growth and development\n Education: Bachelors Degree
