Job DescriptionPosition: Site AdministratorPosition Purpose: Provides office administrative support for the siteEssential Duties and Responsibilities:* Enter daily/weekly payroll, balancing and data entry tasks. Work with corporate*departments for adjustments.** Complete new employee orientation/onboarding* Track and investigate receivables while working with corporate accounts payable and*vendors** Track monthly accruals* Work closely with project managers and others to complete tasks related to billings, job costs, site reporting, etc.*** Complete site reporting as required* Coordinate and schedule meetings and events*** Support project managers as required* Communication skills to act as the contact point between internal Meiners team*members and Meiners Corporate Office staff** Utilize strong computer skills through reporting and spreadsheets with Microsoft Office,Word, Excel, Outlook and Meiners systems* Assist with cleanliness and upkeep of office space; engage in 5S when appropriate*** Attend weekly meetings with office staff* Site contact for basic accounting related tasks, e.g., processing invoices, and*purchases of most site equipment and supplies** Other duties as assigned, including learning duties of other office positions to fill in as needed* Promote culture of safety*Competencies:** Customer Service Orientation- Satisfying customers.* Adaptability Flexibility- Willingness to deal with unexpected challenges or*circumstances.** Active Listening -- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time tounderstand the points being made and asking questions as appropriate.* Over communication with site Meiners staff, Meiners Corporate Office, customer,*suppliers, etc. on a regular basis** Analytical Thinking Problem Solving -- being proactive instead of reactive* Team player -- working in collaboration with all site Meiners staff, Meiners Corporate*Office, customer, suppliers, etc.** Confidentiality -- Ability to handle sensitive documents and knowledge in a professionalmanner.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* Ability to manage office administrative processes*** Professional attitude, organizational abilities and detail oriented to all Meiners staffmembers, Meiners Corporate Office, customers, suppliers, etc.* Ability to work with minimum supervision at times*** Ability to be efficient with job duties and doing more than bare minimum* Quality assurance skills to maintain company quality standards of services*** Time management and prioritization skills to ensure functioning of schedules andoffice systemsPosition Requirements:* A minimum of 2 years of progressive responsibilities in Office Administration*** Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Word and Excel) are required* Purchasing and Billing experience*** Payroll experience a plusPhysical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative ofthose that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job.* The employee is also required to talk and/or hear in an industrial office environment*** The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depthperception and focus adjustmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:HealthDentalVisionLife Insurance401K with Matching2 weeks paid vacation
