This position involves data analysis, process optimization, and administrative support to enhance productivity and decision-making. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong organizational skills. Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Analysis: Collect, compile, and analyze data related to administrative processes, training, compliance, and resource allocation to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, filing, ordering supplies, planning/supporting events, coordinating workflow, and mail pickup and delivery.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure that administrative activities adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Compliance Maintenance: Assist in the tracking of Quality Management metrics such as Service Notes, Mealtime Monitoring forms, 6400 inspection sheets, fire drills, and monthly house inspections forms.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative processes and projects, including updates to house client list and CLA database.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with different teams and departments to gather information, address issues, and facilitate communication regarding administrative matters.
- Report Generation: Generate and present reports, charts, and graphs to communicate findings and insights to management, supporting informed decision-making
- Manage all Intranet Content Creation and Posting for Verland CLA.
- Assist and support CLA administrative team and be liaison between the CLA and Verland administrative team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have outstanding Data Entry / Data Processing skills.
- Self-starter and must be productive with minimal direction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, and cross-functional environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work with a team and provide excellent customer service and communication.
Minimum Training and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED, AA degree preferred.
- 2-3 years' experience in data entry related tasks.
- Recent healthcare insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Must have solid expertise with Microsoft 365 products.
- Electronic Health Record experience.
- Power BI experience.
