The Administrative Assistant will enhance the firm's effectiveness by providing administrative services to all staff, under direct supervisor. The position will support teams and projects in assigned market sectors and offices. In this role, an employee will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency in regards to the essential function of the job found below Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project teams throughout the office.
  • Manage multiple conference room calendars for client meetings, trainings, etc.
  • Assist with registration requests.
  • Assist with any space management/storage in the office
  • Maintain neatness throughout general office areas.
  • Ability to coordinate large meetings as needed.
  • Monthly credit card reconciliation.
  • Ability to operate and cover company switchboard.
  • Assist with organizing and distributing office mail/package deliveries
  • Place large catering orders and ensure timely set up.
  • Assist with travel booking and changes for employees
  • Manage kitchen duties for entire office
    • Stock drinks, snacks, napkins, plates, bowls, silverware, etc.
    • Ensure tidiness and cleanliness throughout the day
    • Load and run dishwasher as needed
    • Clean out refrigerators on bi-weekly basis
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of high school diploma
  • One to Three (1-3) years experience required
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
