Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant provides a warm and welcoming environment for clients, while completing administrative tasks such as co-pay collection, answering phones, scheduling clients, maintaining schedules and providing admin support for clinicians and other projects as assigned.Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:30a-4pm
How Administrative Assistants Empower Recovery
- Assist clients in scheduling needs
- Manage all phone call triage, problem-solving & follow-up
- Assist with general support to all staff members as needed (examples: faxing, distributing mail, making copies, etc.)
- Coordinate provider schedule support: blocking off PTO time, adding in meetings, making schedule changes, etc.
- Maintain both program and staff schedules, ensuring accuracy through daily checks and remedying any conflicts or issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years' experience in healthcare industry or administrative setting strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programs with ability to learn new applications
- Active driver license and ability to drive personal and/or company vehicle
