- High school diploma/GED.
- At least three years' experience in the office setting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for processing of purchase orders, program budget, receiving processes and expenditure reports.
- Answers and directs phone calls and messages.
- Performs data entry tasks with accuracy.
- Makes travel arrangements/reservations.
- Organizes, schedules, and prepares rooms for meetings and appointments.
- Maintains contact lists and calendars in Google Drive.
- Maintains systems for inventory control of supplies and equipment.
- Produces and distributes memos, emails, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and handles multiple projects as well detailed data entry.
- Develops and maintains physical and electronic filing systems.
- Provides assistance and service to internal and external contacts in relation to the department.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques, etc.
- Fulfills administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Prepares minutes, letters, reports, articles, or other materials of an important or confidential nature from general instructions, or personal knowledge and research.
- Assists other personnel / departments with day to day operations and special projects as needed.
- Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Develops and updates administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Performs other duties as requested.
