We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our clients time for a full time direct hire opportunity:
- Office supplies: Ordering and overseeing office supplies and food deliveries
- Event planning: Helping plan events and coordinating logistics for meetings
- Workflow: Creating a general workflow and streamlining processes
- Liaison: Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office
- Front desk: Greeting guests, managing the phone system, and handling mail and shipments
- Calendar management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Communication: Answering emails and phone calls, and responding to digital queries
- Document preparation: Creating, editing, and distributing documents, presentations, and reports
- Database management: Maintaining contact databases, employee lists, and inventories
- Email Management: Managing multiple email accounts (3-5) to ensure all itesm are addressed timly and properly.
