PRIMARY FUNCTION Performs administrative duties to support the school district in providing services and contributions to the proper operation of the assigned school. REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Level- Minimum requirement high school diploma
- Experience- Previous office experience a plus
- Physical Activities- Routine physical activities required to fulfill job responsibilities
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Written and oral communication; Fluency in Spanish a plus
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance
- Answers telephone system for the purpose of responding to inquiries and/or taking messages
- Assists with general clerical duties and departmental projects
- Greets individuals entering the building for the purpose of responding to inquiries and/or directing individuals to appropriate location in accordance with established building security procedures
- Adheres to local school procedures and regulations in a supportive manner; works cooperatively with colleagues and the community; promotes a positive school environment that enhances student learning and helps maintain a positive and cooperative climate
- Performs other related duties as assigned
