Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Administrative Assistant** to work at a facility in **New York, New York.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.
**Pay Rate:** $23 / hour
*W2
**Shift details:**
+ 37.5 hours per week
**Duties:** Check filings for deficiencies, calculating filing fees as needed, scanning paper submissions, issues ID numbers to filings, update database, saving files to shared drive following file-naming convention, download files from the cloud, or copy from emails in outlook as required, rename PDF files per file-naming convention as required, enter filings into spreadsheet accurately so they can be retrieved on demand, create folders, save files to folders, add notes to database and spreadsheet as needed. For deficient filings, email the submitting attorney, using a template. Follow up on deficiencies as needed. Key Skills & Abilities: must have good time management skills, be detail-oriented, organized, able to catch errors/inconsistent/ incomplete work, proofread work, able to manage a large volume of electronic files without commingling files, must be able to work quickly and accurately, able to follow office policy and procedure, able to rename PDF files, drag and drop files in folders, copy and paste files into folders, create folders, edit template emails, double checks work, ask questions when clarification is needed, must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
