Non-Exempt Pay Rate: $19.23Non-Exempt salary: $35,000Benefits:

Job Duties:The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Collaborate and support Advocacy staff and projects as needed.
- Attend all Advocacy meetings and trainings while taking minutes.
- Provide back-up, information, and referral services. Complete intakes and enter them into database. Make referrals as needed.
- Provide back-up to receptionist as needed.
- Retain and file all correspondence as required to assist in maintaining complaint and up-to-date files.
Education:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. An associate's degree is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Two years of clerical support and administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Office machines including fax, copier, and scanner. Knowledge of ADP is preferred.
- Excellent customer service , organizational skills, oral and written communication.
