Qualifications - High School Diploma/HISET required with work experience.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, online databases required.
- Ability to work cooperatively in an office setting, to maintain office forms and files and follow office procedures.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities - Takes telephone calls to transfer to staff or take messages, giving out information about the agency when needed.
- Acts as receptionist to visitors and participants.
- Schedules participants for intake, setting up files as needed.
- Performs data entry as appropriate based on program/service.
- Types/generates monthly reports as appropriate by program/funding source.
- Prepares copies, file documents, maintain file records; uphold confidentiality of all records.
- Orders supplies per Director request.
- Shares necessary information with accounting for participant funds to be prepared.
- Monitors and disburses participant transportation checks or supportive services.
- Operates office machines, monitors incoming and outgoing fax documents, call for repairs on office machines as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
