Greet visitors and families and direct them to the proper areaAnswer and direct phone calls appropriately/take and distribute phone messagesProcess job applications and inquiries according to the workflowConduct clerical/administrative duties include filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing business documents as asked (i.e., memos, letters, etc.), making photocopies, scanning, and faxing documentsMaintain office calendarPrepare and send outgoing mailings and packagesSchedule meetings and/or conferences as askedMaintain confidentialityMaintain filing for all filesOrganize and schedule all training for staff required and keep staff compliance Staff and Director must be notified 30 days prior to being out of complianceMonitor and order inventory as needed with approvalMaintain professionalism and good customer servicePerform other duties as needed or assignedRequirementsQualifications Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Must have good customer service
- Must be proficient in basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite, keyboarding, email, and internet use)
- Must have effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Must be able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
- Must be proficient with social media usage
Education and/or Experience
- Associate degree preferred (but not required)
- 2 years' administrative experience
