The Administrative Assistant assists with the day-to-day administrative details relating to their assigned program(s) and/or department.
General Functions
* Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate employee
* Assists with clerical duties (filing, photocopying, etc.)
* Data entry
* Assists with maintenance and organization of files
* Answering phone calls regarding specific responsibilities
* Initial contact for all applicant inquiries
* Follow up on all applicant leads
* Assists in marketing and advertising campaign
