Welcomes all visitors to the office.Efficiently triages needs of patrons/students/staff.Receives and routes all incoming calls.Performs the usual office routines and practices associated with a busy yet productive and smoothly run office.Maintains such student records as shall be required.Maintains a log of visitors to the school.Maintains student check in/out records.Responsible for oversight of substitute teachers in the building in coordination with Penmac Educational Services.Performs other duties as requested by building administrators.Supervisory Duties Not applicableQualifications Education/Experience/Certificates
- High school diploma required.
- College is considered a plus.
- Such alternative to the above as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Skills and Abilities Language Individual must be able to read and interpret documents, Write simple and complex reports, applications, and correspondence, and speak with students, staff members, and community members.ComputationBasic math skills are required.Reasoning The ability to interpret and follow directions is required, as are basic problem-solving abilities.TechnologyMust have strong computer skills, including word processing, working with spreadsheets, and internet.
