Company Profile:Healthcare Mergers and AcquisitionsTeam Atmosphere which prides itself on giving back to the communityIn office position 8-5 M-FAdministrative Assistant Role:As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the successful operations of the office while collaborating with leadership, manage facilities, supporting the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and uphold our organizational ethos through various engagement initiatives.Oversee office operations, partnering with facility managementDrive company culture by organizing appreciation and recognition activitiesSupport the CEO and Leadership in their daily routinesManage company technology equipment and maintenance needsCoordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements Develop presentations for internal and external meetingsPrioritize matters for the CEO's attention and redirect as necessaryKeep the CEO informed of priority issues and ensure timely follow-upDraft, review, and send communications on behalf of leadershipOrganize and prepare for meetings, including logistics and document gatheringHandle email prioritization and responsesUpdate CRM: Add notes, accounts, and any additional information into our CRM systemClient Meetings: Attend virtual meetings with clients to ensure that all relevant information is communicated to the teamAdministrative Assistant Background Profile:Bachelors degree preferred but not requiredAt least three years of Administrative Assistant experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred but not requiredPossess and utilize excellent written and verbal communicationProficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Expert level Excel skills and Salesforce highly preferredStrong organizational abilities with acute attention to detailTimely and effective communication with C Suite and company managementCoordination of workflows from multiple internal clientsMultitasking ability in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlinesProficient in reading and comprehending instructions and correspondenceEffective presentation skills to diverse groupsFeatures and Benefits:Medical- Employer contribution up to $1000 towards premium costHSA- Employer contribution401K with 3% matchGenerous PTO PlanCompany paid parkingFrontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
