The Administrative Assistant is a cross-functional role that is responsible for utilizing standard procedures to provide a best in class level of service. This employee collaboratively with other teams through accurate and timely processing of work orders, payments, deliveries, and when required support overflow of inbound and outbound customer calls. This position also updates and maintains account information ensuring that data is current and accurately reflects process status or inquiries.

What you'll do:
* Answer phone calls
* Data Entry, into websites, forms, documents, databases and other forms of data/document platforms
* Researching, correcting and communicating any errors or issues within scope of work to the appropriate contact
* Ensure requests and orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner
* Assist with record retention compliance
* Validate and review account information to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Update system information as required and obtain any missing information as needed
* Varied administrative and clerical tasks to support site functions such as but not limited to using fax machines, land lines, arranging schedules for meetings, mailing correspondence, organizing files, researching topics within the scope of the role, etc.
* Provide additional support to the Customer Service team as necessary including but not limited to answering calls, facilitating service, taking payments, etc.
* Other duties as required.
What you bring:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Two (2) years previous customer service and administration experience preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software relevant to the role
* Ability to work collaboratively in a positive manner and be a contributing team member
* Ability to work independently with direct supervision and oversight
* Detail oriented, accurate data entry skills
