They hold themselves accountable for the smooth and efficient flow of paperwork and for the positive experience of each facility guest.The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following duties: Answering multi-line phone, screening calls and routing them to the appropriate department. Welcoming participants, employers, and community partners. Maintaining files and training information. Preparing monthly billing. Data entry and compiling of reports. Ordering office supplies and scheduling maintenance of office equipment. Assisting with planning/setup of meetings and events and taking meeting minutes.REQUIRES VALID NORTH CAROLINA DRIVERS LICENSE (for Goodwill business)EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in a related field preferred.EXPERIENCE: Customer service or administrative experience, preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel required. Powerpoint helpful. Experience with billing/ light accounting preferred. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable with working with those with disabilities.PAY: $18.17 per hourEoe m/f/vets/disability
