Our client in Bergen County, NJ is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support a new member of the Executive Team. This opportunity is onsite Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Experience with managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • A professional demeanor

Candidates must be residents of New Jersey or be prepared to relocate within the first year of employment. The client offers a robust benefits package including a pension.
