Administrative AssistantOur company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will execute administrative duties determined by or in conjunction with executives by performing the following responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities- Works under the direction of employer's personnel from various departments.
- Answers and screens incoming telephone calls and incoming correspondences
- Addresses/manages internal and external client concerns
- Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or member
- Professionally administers overflow of incoming phone calls for sales
- Ensure calls are routed to appropriate department as requested by client
- Updates Website
- Assists with product merchandising.
- Assists with Online Marketing and Social Media
- Assists with marketing events
- Updates client records
- Updates inventory record
- Attends weekly department meetings
- Other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
Requirements
Education and/or Experience- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
