Full-Time: 80 Hours/Biweekly
8:00am - 4:30pm
General Summary
Performs diversified and confidential administrative duties. Requires an intermediate degree of technical and communications/interpersonal skills, knowledge, and ability. May administer/coordinate programs, projects, and/or processes as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
+ Composes from dictation and documents memorandums, policies, committee minutes, manuals, letters, forms, procedures, and other general typing as directed, initiating other correspondence as appropriate.
+ Answers telephones, routes callers, takes messages and provides routine information to callers.
+ Schedules appointments; maintains and updates daily calendar(s).
+ Schedules, coordinates and/or arranges meetings, appointments and/or facilities. Attends meetings and records minutes, as required.
+ Collects information needed by leader or team for conferences and/or reports.
+ Sets up and maintains files and records which may contain confidential information.
+ Takes and transcribes dictation of a highly confidential nature.
+ Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyzes and statements.
+ Enters and/or retrieves data from established computer files or cloud-based systems using knowledge of various computer software applications.
+ Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to staff.
+ Administers/coordinates programs, projects, and/or processes as assigned.

+ Makes travel and lodging arrangements directly or through travel agencies.
+ Prepares PO payment requests as directed.
+ Orders office supplies as necessary.
+ Greets and directs visitors.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
+ High School Diploma or GED Required
+ Associates Degree Business Administration Preferred
Work Experience:
+ 2 years Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Basic Computer Skills
+ Transcription Skills
+ Excellent Interpersonal/Communication Skills
